kh333 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "kh333", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the kh333.io platform and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the kh333 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the kh333.io website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all products, services and content made available through those channels.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered by you on the kh333 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your kh333 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet or bonus amount credited to your account by kh333 as part of an offer or promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times that Bonus Funds (or the deposit plus bonus combined, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which kh333 is restricted from accepting players under applicable law or kh333's own policies.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the reference time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the legal and procedural framework under which kh333 monitors and reports suspicious financial activity.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" mean "including without limitation".

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the kh333 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kh333 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 and complies fully with applicable age-verification obligations.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts operated by third parties, and accounts acting as an agent for another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing kh333 does not violate any laws applicable to you in your country of residence or current location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of any employee of kh333 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information updated at all times.

kh333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport or driver's licence, together with proof of address issued within the previous three months. Accounts for which verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution.

Each player may hold exactly one kh333 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is a material breach of these Terms. kh333 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, both accounts may be permanently closed and any balance within them may be forfeited at kh333's sole discretion.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kh333 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

kh333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Settings page. Where 2FA is enabled, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number each time you log in from an unrecognised device.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kh333 immediately at [email protected]. kh333 will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

• kh333 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account under any circumstances.
• Account details, including registered name, date of birth and national ID number, cannot be changed after verification is complete, except in exceptional circumstances and with supporting documentation approved by kh333's compliance team.
• kh333 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login, deposit or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure, kh333 will attempt to notify the account holder using the registered email or contact information. Any remaining balance will be returned via the original deposit method where technically possible.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

kh333 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank direct transfer, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and kh333 reserves the right to add, modify or withdraw any payment method at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; current limits are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.

• All deposits are subject to automated fraud and AML screening. kh333 reserves the right to place a hold on any deposit that triggers a compliance review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account. kh333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder.
• Withdrawal requests submitted for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 45 minutes for bKash and Nagad and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times.
• kh333 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kh333 is not responsible.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated, kh333 reserves the right to suspend the associated account and recover any funds disbursed against that deposit.

kh333 operates in full compliance with applicable AML obligations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in transaction delays or account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kh333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds section of your account and are separate from your real-money Balance until any applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary: sports bets typically contribute 100%, slots typically contribute 100%, and live casino table games may contribute a reduced percentage as stated in the promotion terms. Games excluded from wagering contribution are listed individually within each promotion.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied.
• kh333 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event that a promotion is cancelled, any Bonus Funds credited under that promotion that have not yet been wagered may be removed from accounts.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged or converted into real-money funds by any means other than satisfying the stated Wagering Requirement.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or staking patterns that indicate low-risk bonus extraction — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kh333 platform are governed by the specific product rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. These rules are published within the relevant product sections of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules prevail for matters directly relating to that product, and these Terms prevail for all other matters.

• All bets are final once confirmed. kh333 does not accept requests to cancel, modify or reverse a confirmed bet, except where an event is cancelled or a market is voided in accordance with applicable sporting rules.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to prices that are clearly misstated due to a technical fault — kh333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, market and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• kh333 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets or close an account where it reasonably believes that a player is engaged in professional arbitrage betting, exploitation of mispriced markets or other forms of systematic market abuse.
• All casino games and crash games on kh333 are powered by certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi and Microgaming. kh333 does not operate or manipulate these games directly.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your account Balance immediately upon settlement, subject to applicable bonus wagering conditions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kh333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, data scrapers or any other technology to place bets, analyse odds or interact with the platform in a non-human manner without the prior written consent of kh333.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, sure-betting or any systematic strategy designed to extract risk-free profit from kh333's markets.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and must be returned.
• Providing false, misleading or forged identity documents during the registration or verification process.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy server or other location-masking technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory behaviour toward kh333 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Posting or transmitting any content through the platform that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8 Responsible Gaming

kh333 is committed to providing a safe, responsible and sustainable gaming environment. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and above. kh333 actively promotes responsible gaming practices and provides the following player-protection tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen time reminders in 30-minute intervals to track and manage their session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to an indefinite period. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kh333 platform — including but not limited to the kh333 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, text, graphics, software, product names and game content (where owned by kh333) — is the intellectual property of kh333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kh333 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sub-license or create derivative works based on any platform content without the prior written consent of kh333.

Game content, branding and associated intellectual property belonging to third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi and Microgaming — remain the property of their respective owners and are used by kh333 under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of such content is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

kh333 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and available at kh333.io/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kh333 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform to protect data in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised kh333 personnel and third-party service providers who are contractually bound to process such data only for the purposes specified by kh333.

kh333 will not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. kh333 may share personal data with payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention agencies and regulatory bodies where legally required or where necessary for the operation of the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kh333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

kh333 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond kh333's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. kh333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

• kh333 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages or third-party system failures.
• kh333's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to kh333 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

kh333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, kh333 will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with the affected accounts. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

kh333 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if kh333 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or that continued operation of your account poses a risk to kh333 or other players. Upon termination for cause, any Balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of any compliance investigation.

You may close your kh333 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure at your request, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no outstanding disputes or compliance holds are in place.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your kh333 account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other platform matter, you must first contact kh333 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint, including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence. kh333 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (BST) and provide a substantive response within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with kh333's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to kh333's compliance team at the same email address, marking the subject line "Formal Complaint — Escalation". kh333 will conduct a senior-level review and provide a final response within ten business days of the escalation.

All disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Both parties agree that any arbitration proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kh333 operates the kh333.io platform as a service directed primarily at players located in Bangladesh and complies with applicable local and international legal and regulatory frameworks including AML obligations and data protection standards.

kh333 does not make any representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than those in which it actively operates. Players accessing kh333 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence and location.
